WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR SKILLED PROJECT MANAGERS
We imagine you have a theoretical education as a diploma / civil engineer preferably combined with some years of project management experience. At DIS/CREADIS, we have many different types and sizes of projects and therefore we are constantly looking for both junior project managers, project managers and senior project managers.
In addition, we expect you have worked on product development, engineering or technology projects, where you have had overall responsibility for the project or responsibility for a part delivery (e.g. HW, SW, electrical or mechanical) and you have experience with the development process from idea to product launch. It will also be an advantage if you have experience from a large industrial company and would like to work in one or more of the following industries: energy, oil/gas, steel/metal, plastics, food, medico or IT.
To ensure project progress, it is important that you are efficient and skilled at stakeholder management. As a person, you are ambitious, dedicated, and you are constantly improving. You thrive with challenging tasks, where at times you will find yourself outside your comfort zone.
As a project manager at DIS/CREADIS, you will at times be part of the customer’s organization, and it is therefore crucial that you are able to adapt to changes and act in various corporate cultures and industries. As you will manage projects with people at different levels in an organization, it is important that you are outgoing, empathetic and have strong collaboration and communication skills.
