In connection with the global launch of a new generation of skylights, VELUX invested in new production equipment to meet the new design and product changes.

Airmaster is an innovative ventilation supplier whose mission is to give more people the absolute best air quality and thermal indoor climate comfort. They provide simple solutions focused on low energy and resource consumption. Airmaster products are also digitally connected to their Airlinq online control panel. Airmaster wanted to upgrade the control panel to create more value for users and sought a partner to help improve the Airlinq solution.

ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a major German technology company that supports various industries, including the automotive industry, acquired a company called Cherry, which develops mechanical keyboards. DIS/CREADIS was approached by ZF Friedrichshafen to assist in optimizing and developing Cherry as a self-sufficient and independent international company with its own corporate structure and management.

Wavin is a European supplier of plastic piping systems for the water, wastewater, and plumbing industry. They have three robot cells in their injection molding and assembly departments, each with different vision systems that needed to be updated and streamlined to have a similar interface. This is a necessary step to ensure the different vision systems work together efficiently. To achieve this, Wavin sought the assistance of a qualified engineering partner.

The VELUX group presented a problem and several requirements which had to be met for the desired tool.

The VELUX product development team needed to get an overview of available simulation methods that could be relevant to significantly improving their process.

SKY-LIGHT, a film and packaging manufacturer, has invested in a new production plant that required an efficient and safe packaging system. The previous manual processes were not optimal in terms of the working environment and safety, and the new plant had to be able to handle rolls weighing between 200 kg and 1800 kg (441 lb. to 3968 lb.). This meant that the packaging system needed to be very flexible and capable of adjusting to nine different packing methods. SKY-LIGHT did not have the internal resources to develop this system, and so they contacted DIS/CREADIS to take over the development, construction, design, setup, assembly, and commissioning of the plant.

AGCO Corporation is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of agricultural machinery and solutions. Their products are sold through five core brands: Challenger, Fendt, GSI, Massey Ferguson, and Valtra. One of AGCO’s challenges was developing a cleaning system for their machines that could remove dirt, dust, and debris in a more efficient and effective manner. To achieve this goal, AGCO needed to find an engineering consulting firm specializing in mechanical engineering, simulation, and product development.
